Thank you for your comment.

IE is blocking the jump menu on your machine because probably the &#039;Pop-up Blocker Settings&#039; say so. Assuming you are using IE 8, to change that open Tools &gt; Pop-up Blocker &gt; Pop-up Blocker Settings or in IE 7 or earlier; go to Tools &gt; Internet Options &gt; Privacy tab &gt; Pop-up Blocker, change the Blocking level or add your site to the Trusted Sites/Allowed Sites. This should solve the problem.

Whether your jump menu is visible on your customers computers will depend upon their Pop-up and Privacy settings. In that case they should get a warning which will say that content on your site is being blocked and they can choose to allow pop-ups temporarily or always for you site. They should be able to view it if they choose to.
