Bring up regedit.exe, either by browsing to it in your Windows directory or by typing the name in the Start Menu Run command window, then browse to the correct registry key. Right-click on that key and select Export. Copy the resulting file to the other machine you wish to transfer the settings to, then double-click on it to copy the settings to the registry.
